Why I cannot switch the camera to Wi-Fi connection?
Question:
I already downloaded and installed the Mustcam app and everything works fine...except the Wi-Fi connection. I plug the cable from the router to the camera and it works just fine, the camera gets online and everything. But when I set up the Wi-Fi, I choose the right network and use the right password, then when the camera is rebooting I disconnect the Ethernet cable and wait...and wait...and keep waiting but the camera does not get online. Then I select the option "Reconnect" to force the connection, but it doesn't work. Camera is still offline.
 
Answer:
The major reason is that the encryption of your router is not WPA/WPA2. The camera supports WPA/WPA2 and cannot support WEP. So please upgrade your router to WPA/WPA2, which can also better your overall security.
