Camera does not recognize SD card
Question:
I received the camera today and followed all instructions.I placed a new MicroSD card in the slot and attempted to format. The interface shows no card detected. I tried another card that is working in my camera and phone, and received the same message.
Answer:
Please plug Micro-SD card firstly, and then power on the camera. Please do not plug SD card when the camera is on (it does not support hot plug).
